Wrong size. May 15, 2008
I received the wrong size. The size I received was not what I ordered and then had to pay shipping to return the shoes and was not reimbursed for shipping charges.

I just bought a pair of these boots and absolutely love them. They are so warm and comfortable, its like walking on a cloud. I wear a size 7 and bought the same size, which seem to fit quite nicely. And not to mention, the boots are a lot cuter than some of the other brands. I would definitely (and most likely will) buy another pair of these boots. Bearpaw boots are awesome!

These boots are very comfortable and were for a great price. They also have a very textured sole so you can wear them in the snow without worrying about slipping. The sizes run a little small, so order a half size larger than your normal shoe size. The top of the boot is also pretty narrow so you won't be able to stuff anything other than skinny jeans into these boots. They keep your feet very warm, but even without socks, your feet can get a little sweaty. Overall though, these are great boots for a great price.

Confusion with the ordering and the company had no problem exchanging them. I love these boots. Their my second pair. Im living in Korea right now (army)and have no car so everywhere I go I walk. Since I got my first pair I have worn them every time I go out except maybe 5 times. They are so comfortable and warm. Luggage Biz has great customer service and this is a great deal. Ive recommended these boots to all my family.
