Perfect for running Dec 02, 2008 I bought these for winter running, and they work great as heavy duty tights. I am 5'4" and a size 6, and the smalls are snug but comfortable. No sagging around the waist, and a nice smooth tight fit all over. Mine go all the way to my ankle, taller women may find they look more like capris.

great leggings Jul 31, 2008 I am a size 12 and the large fits perfectly. I purchased these leggings for dance class... they work just right!
