Columbia Sportswear Women's Lavela II Boot
Not more cold feet for me Jun 23, 2008 Okay where to start, although I have not worned these boots yet, I am quite excited I walking around the house in them. Last winter was too much for me and this year I want to be prepared. That is the reason I searched long and hard for these particular boots. I was very excited when I got them I showed every one at work, and they too got excited. One reason is Columbia is known for having great products and these particular boots, while they look heavy, they are soooo very light weight and too top it off, the inside is EXTREMELY SOFT and cushy. Great foot support as well. I can say tootles to Columbia for these well made very pretty boots. And also ladies the picture does not do these boots any good at all--they look sooo much better in person. Whoo hoo to me for buying them and also for finding them at such a great price.

WONDERFUL PAIR OF BOOTS May 17, 2008 I was talked into buying these cuz I thought they were a bit expensive. I'm glad i listened though. I live in an area that's really rainy in the fall, winter, spring and we just had a thundershower yesterday. I had on my old leather boots and they lasted for a bit b4 getting completely soaked. I remembered I had these boots and put em on. I decided to give em the full test so I made it a point to walk INTO the puddles instead of going around. They're unbelievable. Completely waterproof, cushioned bottoms, and nice fur to keep legs/feet warm. They are worth the price and if they ever get worn out my next pair will be a Columbia too. Why shop around when I've found the perfect boot?
Only thing is I had to order half size smaller than usual.
light, comffy and warm! Apr 20, 2008 When I recieved them in a box, I thought it must be a mistake because it was so light! They're very comffy, warm and cute. I think they're not so outdoorsy because of Faux shearling cuff and the rich color, peatmoss you don't see many in boots. The combination of black in the cuff and string, and peatmoss are great. The faux shearling is very soft, looks really nice. The color is just like the pic from the web site. I think I could accessories them with a nice casual outfit to go shopping when it's a cold rainy day!
Great Boot Apr 09, 2008 Love the boots. They are comfortable. The soles are flexible so I don't have a problem walking. I wear a 7 and ordered an 8, they fit perfect. I didn't have a chance to shovel snow with them this year so I don't know how warm they are. The soles are thick and the boot is 200 Grams of insulate so I can't see my foot getting cold. The length of the book is perfect. I tuck my pants in the book to keep the snow off. the only thing I would change is to have a thicker sleeve or body of the boot. Not sure if this part of the boot is warm. As I said I really didn't get to test it.
