4Too small, too short  Mar 11, 2008
I bought this jacket for a friend who wears a 3x regular size. However, this jacket was way too small. I think Dickies jackets are typically small - I ended up ordering him another one in 4x size and it fit much better. This jacket also sits at the waist, which is a little short for the current style. The jacket is a very nice quality however. I would recommend buying a Dickies jacket, but buy it one size up and with a hip length instead of waist length.

5great jacket, size deceiving  Jan 08, 2008
I bought this jacket for my dad who is 6'1" and 275 lbs. He can usually wear a 2xlt, but this jacket, while very well made wasn't big enough. I liked it enough that I have ordered the 3xlt, hope it fits him because the quality is great for the price!

5A Proletariat Fashion Statement  Dec 19, 2007
I bought my Ike jacket seven years ago after seeing one in the window of a uniform shop. I like the clean lines, the low price, the industrial strength, and the working class vibe of my jacket and I've gotten compliments on it. Only recently have I started to notice the fabric wearing at the corners but it still has a few years of everyday wear left in it. To keep it clean I just put it through the washer and dryer with my regular laundry. If you want a light but warm jacket with a trim silhouette that transcends class boundaries this is the one.

5dickies eisenhower mechanics jacket  Oct 19, 2007
excellent, I love this jacket, everything i wanted in a jacket; lightweight but heavy enough to handle this new global warming "winter". i just hope November drops below 70 degrees so I can wear it!!!
