These boots are solid. Strong rubber and soft insoles. Good traction. Easy on and off for me, but I don't have thick calves. The colors are really nice, too. I've gotten compliments on them. I also really like that they're Canadian made, as I'm trying to buy more things made closer to home. These should be a good investment in dry feet!

I love these boots! They arrived yesterday, and I was nervous after reading all the reviews that the calf was tight, since I don't have small calves by any means. I ordered a size larger than I usually wear, and the calf fit (including pants) was perfect, as was the shoe fit. They are adorable and very stylish. Even my boyfriend, who hates rain boots and thinks they are the ugliest things around, likes them. I'm so happy with my purchase!

These are great and so cute! Now I have a perfect pair of boots to wear when it's rainy outside. Just what I was looking for.

When I first wrote my review (5 stars), I did not realize the price of these boots had gone up. I originally purchased the green pair for only $17.99 on 3JAN08. I even received free shipping with my Amazon Prime membership. Although I still love them, there's no way I'd pay their new price of $45-$55. There are too many other cute boots out there cheaper.

Very high quality boots Feb 06, 2008
I bought these for my daughter at college and she absolutely loves them. They were to replace a different brand of boots that had cracked, leaked and fell apart in just over a month. The Kamik brand boots are clearly made of a much higher quality material and they are thicker and more flexible too. My daughter walks a lot of miles all over campus everyday and so she's given them a real workout. So far the they show no signs of wearing out at all, like the last (more expensive) pair!

Got these boots in the red/rust color for myself and a pair for my mom (70 years old) for xmas. We Love them - great tread, comfy, many compliments and, no sweaty feet. They are true to size in every way and the pattern just makes me smile!
