4Good Quality  Jun 03, 2008
Very good quality jacket. Unfortunately they made the sleeves a bit too long, so I had to return it.

5Good value  Mar 07, 2008
Great build quality and components. Cut for someone who is a little overweight though, wish it were more fitted.

4jacket review  Feb 16, 2008
Great fit. Butter soft and much more than I had ever thought for that price.Very, very happy with this jacket

4Great coat, not the best zipper  Jan 30, 2008
The coat is great. I ordered three different versions and this one is the best. There is a Marc New York coat that is similar but have a flat front with no horizontal line across the chest with separate leather panels. It can be found by searching "Marc New York Skyy" and is now on sale for only $99. That coat is similar to this one. I normally like clean lines, but for this style, the Vox is probably cooler. If you want clean, get a blazer style coat is my thought. The Vox is black but not quite as dark as the Skyy or other black coats. It plays tricks on your eyes because sometimes it looks super deep brown. Perhaps they died it brown and then died it black. Perhaps it is the contrast brown stitching, which is subtle. The lining is diamond pocketed like a mattress and copper colored. It's a little heavier than the Skyy and more of a cool temperature jacket due to the fill. Both the Marc New Yorks feel great and fit well. Much better than other jackets I've tried. The Skyy is a little thinner. The Vox I like much better. The only complaint: The zipper kinda sucks. If I paid anything approaching the retail value I would be so pissed off right now. It just sticks and isn't very smooth. You have to pull the bottom of the jacket to ensure the line of the coat is very straight and tight before zipping it up. I hate to return because now they're out of XL. Oh, to that point, the elbows are a little tight. Sleeves run a little small and it's snug overall. I wear size 42R jackets and chart says I should by Large, but it would have been too small. XL is perfect. Good looking coat with interesting style and an average zipper for the price. Also check out the Skyy for cleaner and cheaper alternative (sacrificing only cost and not quality).

4Good Value - Soft!  Jan 24, 2008
Great jacket for the price! The leather is very soft and the lining is as stylish as it is warm and comfortable. Dual inside zipperred pockets for left and right handed access/storage. Would recommend in a heartbeat! Sleeves feel an inch or so long for the size though (great for covering riding gloves etc), as is apparent in the Amazon photos.
