These crosstrainers didn't work for me! Feb 08, 2008 I expected these to be a bit better than they were judging from the reviews. Unfortunately I learned once again not to always believe the hype. They had virtually no lift in them. I had to take them off in my aerobics class because they were straining my achilles heel! I would say that these are NOT good for crosstraining!
Nice support! Feb 01, 2008 I can feel a lot of support with this cross trainer. It's very comfortable. I like it a lot.
