Runs small Jan 09, 2009
Having read another review that said these slippers ran small, I ordered the next size up but it was too small. I returned them for the next size but they are out of the next size bigger. This is the only style slipper my husband likes and it is impossible to find them anywhere.

comfy butthey wear out fast Jan 02, 2009
I wear slippers quite a bit at home instead of shoes or socks. At least for just lounging around. These are quite comfy, and they do keep you warm. The only issue I had was the liner started to peel back inside one of the slippers up by the toes and wore down to the rubber within 2 months. Granted, that is 2 months of daily wear, but still, I expect them to last at least 6 months. So based on your wear needs and use level, you can determine just how good these will be for you. Biggest issue - I want the hi-top type slipper and for men this is difficult to find. I mean, what's the point of a slipper if 1/2 your foot is open to the cold!! And in Wisconsin, it gets COLD!!

These are very good slippers. The size was OK (though I did order a half size larger than usual, per another review here, maybe the faux fur makes sizing hard?) and the construction looks solid with one quirk. Comfy!

The one slight defect in my pair is that the softer rubber/plastic material on the sides looks like it leaked into the sole area a little when one of the soles was injection-molded, so that small area of the sole might not be as durable, but so far it's doing just fine after a month of pretty heavy daily use. It doesn't show any particularly uneven wear. In fact, they appear to be built to last a long time.

I really like these slippers. They're comfortable and warm and I can go out and get the paper off my driveway on rainy mornings with these.

These slippers are exactly what I needed. They are very warm and durable. They have the solid sole I require for the times I need to step outside and do not want (or have time) to change footwear.
