The soft suede leather styling and plush fleece collar on the Sorel Waterfall make it easy to overlook the waterproof seam-sealed construction, but this boot is built to keep your feet dry and warm--even all the way down to -40F. A locking zipper on the lateral side ensures a proper fit to keep your toes comfortably enveloped in a soft layer of fast-drying Thinsulate Ultra insulation. The rubber cupsole tread helps keep you balanced on a variety of frozen surfaces but unlike Sorels of old, the sole is completely non-marking, so you can walk across untracked white indoor floors without leaving a trace.

boots Jul 29, 2008 These boots are warm but not very comfortable. The sole and ankle portion of the shoe are stiff and hard to walk in for any long distance. I was not happy with the way these boots fit or the lack of flexibility when walking. I had bought them for a trip to Russia in March and did not even take them :(

Almost impossible to wear May 04, 2008 Other reviewers have said these do not have much flexibility and are quite rigid. I would agree. They are so stiff that it is hard to move your foot or walk. The side zipper is very uncomfortable as well. I returned them.

V. Warm but haven't used yet Mar 17, 2008 I bought these boots because the Today Show recommended them. Next winter I will be living in a cold and snowy climate. Right now I just live in Southern California so I haven't weather tested them yet but they seem good.

Great boots! Jan 14, 2008 My wife tells me - warm; comfortable; hard soles, makes it more difficult to drive in than other boot she has; while she likes Blondo boots much better overall, she still really likes these.
