This is a really nice boot, and Shoeflake is an excellent company as far as I can tell: extremely prompt shipping, great customer service. However, the boot was too small (we purchased according to regular shoe size) so we had to return it, and there wasn't a larger size available. I would definately have purchased a larger (replacement) size.

The boots are great. It seems like the glue around the edge isn't holding as well as it should, but other than that, I love them!!!
Very warm, runs small Jan 08, 2008
Very comfortable and warm, but seems to run small. I usually wear a 9 1/2 shoe, and bought size 10 which just barely fits. I had others try them on who also wear around that same size cause I accidentally clicked twice and ordered two pairs. Everyone else tried them and said they are too small for them. So, I'd buy a size or so bigger when you order. Otherwise, they're great.

The boots were poor quality. I was confused when I purchased the item. I did not realize that the product was from England until the total purchase price was given. It did not say where the item came from and I did not understand the sign that made it pounds. It was a huge mistake that could have been prevented if the place the item is from would be shown clearly. I have returned the items. I will let you know how well this part is handled.

Great Shoe but tight fit Feb 24, 2007
These are a great value for what you get compared to some of the more expensive ones. I wear an 8 though and should have got one size up cause my feet are a little squished!
