very beautiful and functional Dec 20, 2008
Made of beautiful, sleek yet tough leather, this bag is able to hold all my stuff, which may sound simple but is really a little miracle, since my stuff includes a wallet, a Playstation Portable, an iPod, headphones case, an iPhone, a Kindle, and of course makeup... hehe... typical woman's bag!

Inside the lining is beautiful and silky yet very durable, all the stitching is perfectly done and also seems very durable, the key clip on the outside is nice, with an impressive Tignanello logo on it, and it holds both my keys and a little LED Fenix flashlight (215 Lumens... awesome for finding my way in the dark... sold separately of course).

All in all this is the best bag I've ever had. It looks compact, not bulky, as well as very classy, yet holds all my many belongings, with many compartments to separate everything out, and it is durable.

The time came when I had to replace my last purse, and I'd about given up finding what I wanted. I don't like lots of hardware and embellishment, which are features of most purses right now. I have no need for a huge bag, but I want enough space to accommodate a clutch, PDA, small zipper case, reading glasses, keys, etc. I like having compartments that allow me to sort and organize what I carry so I can find things quickly. This bag has been ideal--even better than my last one, which I thought could not be topped. I'm amazed by what I can tuck into this purse without making it too bulky, and the materials and construction are first-rate.

(I did have to punch two more holes in each end of the strap to shorten the drop to the right length, but as I always have to do that, I'm not counting it against the purse.)

NICE PURSE, NICE LEATHER, ONLY PROBLEM I'VE HAD IS THAT THE STRAP UNHOOKS ITSELF, THINK I'LL TAKE IT SOMEWHERE & HAVE IT SEWN ON. OTHERWISE I LIKE IT.

Lovely but not what I had hoped Sep 16, 2008
This is a lovely bag that has tons of compartments. The current price ($40) is a terrific value. However, I could not use the bag as I had hoped -- as a convertible cross-body & shoulder bag. The bag itself is a bit too big for a cross-body, in my opinion -- the width makes it bulky. And the strap does not shorten sufficiently to make a shoulder bag -- instead it just hangs at the hip.

Tig's website says:
Size: 12"L x 4"W x 10"H
Strap Drop: Adjustable 18" to 20"

It just wasn't for me.

Poorly made for the price Aug 26, 2008
I liked that this bad had a long strap and I liked the general size of the bag.

After owning the bag for less than 3 months, the lining inside began ripping from the seams. It is also fraying and had runs in other locations. Last night as I was leaving the store, the strap completely came undone. I found that the hardware that held it in place had moved. I was able to put it back, but not sure how long it will last. I would not recommend this bad and will not be buying one again.
