5Great Jacket  Feb 28, 2008
This is a great jacket. It feels and looks very nice. But only time will tell. Hopefully it will still look great years from now. I have nevr tried it in the rain or adverse conditions, but it seems warm to me.

5Great Jacket  Feb 15, 2008
This jacket are wounderfull, it's soft to touch, very comfortable, that great the pocket inside of jacket to keep your cell phone, it's very dark like to see in the photo, but it's great color to wear with white shirt or any color clear, good confort to wear, i'm very happy with this product, the size are great Medium it's a complete size no large no short, i recomended this product to anyone would like to buy.

5Outstanding product at a great price  Feb 11, 2008
I own several products from Weatherproof, and find the quality outstanding. Getting this great jacket at about half price from Amazon is a deal that can't be beat.

5Very good for the price  Jan 28, 2008
I also bought this item when it was $50.I don't regret it.I liked the coat. The only downfall I've found was the placement of the pocket inside as the other reviewer mentioned. But it is OK,it doesn't create any problems. It's only that I was not accustomed to it.
I found the look of the coat really good, and got couple of nice words about the coat from other people too.I think in the overall this coat is great. But of course my opinion is based on like 2-3 weeks of usage. If the coat will remain like this,it really is a very good jacket for this price.
PS:If you worried about the size,(which I was really in the beginning) here is how it worked out for me:I am 6'2",and weigh 183 lbs,and XL size fitted me perfectly.

5Great coat, especially for the price ($50 when I bought it)  Jan 09, 2008
I bought this coat while it was marked down to $49.99 and don't regret it at all. I needed a replacement winter coat and couldn't be happier. It was windy and in the mid 30s (F) out today, and I was perfectly comfortable with just a short sleeve shirt on underneath.

Since it only has one picture up, I'll describe it a little. The exterior has a synthetic suede look and feel to it, but since it's all polyester it's not cool to the touch like leather tends to be. The inside has a thin layer of synthetic sherpa which is an excellent insulator, allowing the coat to be thin but warm. It covers the whole interior of the coat, including the sleeves (unlike others that just line the torso area). Again, it's plenty warm, so don't worry too much about ordering a larger size to accommodate a sweatshirt underneath.

It's the perfect brown, as it looks great with black or other shades of brown clothing. It's also a nice cross between casual and professional-casual (although I think the line might be drawn at wearing it with sweatpants).

The only thing I don't like is the way the pockets attach to the inside of the coat. Unlike some coats that have the pocket in between the outer shell and the inner lining, this pocket comes through the inner lining and is attached in a couple of places with small straps. It hasn't been an issue, it just seems like it might have been an afterthought, but that would only knock it down a half star in my book anyways.

Lastly, since it's synthetic it's machine washable, no more taking the coat to the dry cleaner when you spill something on it. And that also means you can wear it in the rain, unlike some suede leather jackets.

Hope this helps!
