Nice, but a little bit of rubbing Feb 25, 2008 This shoe is comfortable and supportive. I experienced a little bit of rubbing on the inside of both feet as I ran with them, but that's probably due to the way my feet are and not the shoes themselves.

Comfortable and efficient! Feb 08, 2008 I have always been a big fan of Adidas footwear and they are still keeping me happy! The quality is good and you really don't have to break their shoes in. Good value for my money.

High Quality Workout Shoe for a Good price Dec 23, 2007 I got these Adidas Supernova Control Running shoes to replace some cardio/cross training shoes that I had worn out (also Adidas). First of all, I have to say that Adidas has some of the best cross training/running shoes on the market! Keep in mind, buying shoes that have a regular retail price of $50-$70 are not going to get you quality. You'll need to buy the shoes that retail at $100-$130 (or more) to get the arch support and custom fitting to ensure that you have a pain-free workout every time (of course, until you wear them out from usage).
My recommendation, go to a custom foot store, try on shoes and determine what type and style of Adidas shoes you need for your feet, then come on-line to Amazon and buy them at a discounted price. I tried these shoes on at the store, made sure they were what I needed and wanted, then I came to Amazon and saved 50% off the retail price in the store and my shipping was FREE! Keep in mind, I find that I have to buy Adidas running/cross training shoes 1 full size bigger than my regular size - that is another reason to try on the shoes to determine size, but not buy at the retail stores.
These shoes are great for my cardiokickboxing and any other cardio workouts that I do. I have another pair of Adidas shoes strictly for running as they are the top of the line that Adidas offers and well worth the price! Spend the extra money on Amazon and buy the Adidas Adistar Control Shoes for your running - these are the best and most comfortable shoes for running and well worth every penny. Again, buy a size up from your normal shoe size but you won't regret it. Finally, I'm very narrow heeled and medium width in the front of my shoe and I'm able to tighten the laces with the 2nd holes that Adidas offers on all of their shoes - it is great to help fit everyone from the wide to the medium to the narrow width people. Buy these shoes or the Adistar Control shoes now and you won't regret it!

Supernova control running shoes Dec 12, 2007 I have worn these shoes for five years. They are the best I have found. I wear out at least two pair each year.

Great shoes! Nov 02, 2007 I'm on my 6th pair of Supernova Control running shoes. If you have slight pronation, they are fantastic. Although I don't do as much running any more (excluding chasing after my toddler), I still spend a lot of time in them and they wear reasonably well. I've also got wide feet and find that there is plenty of room in the standard width shoe.
